*Binary Referral System Terms and Conditions*

Eligibility*

1. To participate in the System, you must be at least 18 years of age or older, and you must have a valid account with us.

Referral Plans*

2. You may choose to participate in either Plan, subject to the availability of these plans.

Referral Earnings

1. The referral commission structure and rates are also mentioned in our plans

Account Reinvestment*

1. To maintain an active account, company deduct 10% of each commission and save it into the use's reinvest box and when these saving increased or equal to the user plan then the system automatically reinvest that amount and disburse the commission to the uplines as per their plans.

Account Suspension and Termination*

1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for any of the following reasons:
   
   1. Violation of these Terms
   2. Fraudulent activities or abuse of the System
   3. No activity in account for three months
2. In the event of account suspension or termination, you forfeit any accrued commissions and benefits associated with your account.

Privacy*

1. We collect and store your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms*

1. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

Disclaimer*

1. Participation in the System does not guarantee any specific income or profits. Your earnings depend on your own efforts and the efforts of your referrals.

Payment and Payouts*

1. All subscription payments must be made through company available payment methods and are non-refundable.

Prohibited Activities*

1. You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while participating in the System:
   
   1. Fraudulent referrals or sign-ups
   2. Use of automated scripts or bots
   3. Misrepresentation of the System's benefits
   4. Spamming or unsolicited marketing
   5. Any illegal or unethical activities

Intellectual Property*

1. All logos, trademarks, and content related to the System are the intellectual property of Step one dollar.

Liability*

1. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or disruptions caused by technical issues, third-party actions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Indemnification*

1. You agree to indemnify and hold [Step one dollar] harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in the System.

Communication*
